Shipping Pollicy

We are a brick and mortar and online boutique. To offer the wide variety of unique, fun, and high-quality products, we cannot carry them all in our store. Therefore, the items are shipped from several different sources/locations, and items are often shipped in a few separate packages. As a result, one order often arrives in more than one shipment. We go out of our way every day to create a enjoyable shopping experience here at The Real Dogs for our clients and their pets. Please let us know how we can improve your experience to make your dog happy and healthy.
Orders are processed Monday - Friday. A tracking number and shipping confirmation will be emailed to you.  Orders placed Saturday after 12pm Pacific Time will not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.
All online purchases will be delivered to the shipping address provided. If no one is available to receive the order, we will leave the order at the front door/entrance.
Items purchased at may be returned at our store located in the Sherman Oaks Galleria.
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of The Real Dogs's receipt of returned item(s).
Please allow for additional time during holidays and for made to order items. If an item is made to order, it will be specified on the product page. 
Due to logistics, parts of your order may ship separately. You will be updated as each part of your order goes out for delivery if your items are coming from different warehouses. 
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
1. If shipping times are lengthy, it will be posted in the description. If you need rush shipping on your order, please contact us for availability and costs.
2. Within the US, if you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, the in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available. For international orders, we may wait for the entire order to be ready before we ship it.
3. Delivery times are estimated. Certain delays are inevitable and out of our control. We do not guarantee any specific time for shipment or delivery. 
4. Delivery dates are estimates only. Delivery dates will be anywhere from 4 days to 2 weeks for standard shipping. Non-stock/special order items require approximately 4-6 weeks to ship. Weekends and holidays are not calculated in the delivery days. Unfortunately, delays can occur, and we will notify you of updates as soon as we receive this information. We will do our very best to get your item to you as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for unexpected delays or any liability therein. No price adjustments or refunds will be given due to a delay in delivery.
5. Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being returned to the shipper will be charged for shipping fees. Undeliverable packages which require reshipment at the customer's request, are subject to a reshipment charge equivalent to the original shipping fees. This includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer. Should we be unable to reach the customer for resolution, a 50% restocking charge will be applied, and a store refund will be issued for the balance. Shipping and handling are non-refundable
